If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep notes in writing.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Concentrationweapon Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Message

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened and the outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for another review. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, the state contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
